Marlo Kinnear – Owner and Head of Kids and Woman programs

Originally a primary school teacher Marlo found CrossFit following many years as a competitive rugby player and as an instructor in regular gyms, and soon became a CrossFit addict!

She is the gyms top competitive athlete and has qualified for and competed in many of the major competitions including the London Throwdown in 2013 and the Battle of London, the most prestigious competitions in Europe outside the Regionals, in 2014.  CrossFit is not always about individual performance and in 2013 she and her partner finished 7th in the European Inferno.

As well as coaching our regular classes Marlo also heads up our WomenFit (specialising in pre/post natal training) and CrossFit Kids programs.  She also co-ordinates our competitors programme.

Marlo says: -“My passion is to share my love of CrossFit with anyone and everyone, helping every athlete, whatever their age, to achieve their potential, by working hard on their physical, technical and mental skills.   No-one is too young to start and our CrossFit kids of today are our Ninja’s of the future.”

You will find Marlo either training or coaching at the gym nearly every day as well as taking on the general administration that comes with running a gym.
