A) In pairs - 3 cones spaced 5 yards apart, sprint to cone 1 and back, 2 and back, 3 and back then to the speed hump and back, partner goes.

8 sets each.

B) For Time, 10 - 1 Wall Ball Shots 9/7kg 10/9ft.

Both do 10, 9, 8, 7 but alternating.

Have to catch partners last rep, if the ball touchesthe floor it’s a 5 burpee penalty each.
