A) Hollow body holds, 5 max efforts working in pairs.

B) In 30min:

- 3 Drop Snatch Balance each, one after the other.

- Run 200m forwards. Alternate with partner.

- Run 100m backwards. Alternate with partner.

- 10 KB Swings, heaviest possible with a 3 second count at the top of each rep. Partner counts second holds. No rep if short of the 3 seconds
