We're thinking about getting some log books done soon - what, if anything, would you like to see in them? (Things like, space to record daily WODs, benchmark WODs, top-end lifts, PB's section, nutrition guidelines etc. The more feedback we can get the better we can make the books :-) Please comment below!
Work for 25 mins:
- 3 Back Squats (heavy) with a 3 second hold at the bottom. - 10 Push ups on dumbbells. - 30 Double Unders, 45 seconds to complete them.
Work in pairs, alternate between rounds. No score but try to do 30 double unders in 45sec as often as possible.
