B) 20mins: In pairs. . . - 100m sprint each, Then.. - 8 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches 20/15kg, - 8 burpees. Then, - 200m each Then, - 12 DB Snatches - 12 Burpees Then, - 400m each Then - 16 DB Snatches - 16 Burpees
The above is one round. Once you've completed the 16's start again from the 8's.
