Work in pairs - 5x5min Stations, 1min rest between each station: - As many Power Bag Thrusters as possible,

- As many Dumbbell Power Cleans as possible 20/15kg,

- As many Russian Twists with a KB as Possible 20/16kg,

- As many strict pull ups as possible,

- As many Resistance Band Sprints (Blue) as possible (2 cones about 18ft apart, partner holding the resistance band has to remain entirely behind the first cone. partner working has to touch the floor with two hands beyond the cone they are working to).

Score is total reps, there will be 4 burpees EMOM for everyone to do on all stations.
