A) 10 mins to establish a safe 2rm Back squat (must be in a position where you can keep the body guessing as to whether or not you could have hit another weight), then drop to 90% of that 2rm and do: 1 rep, rest 10 seconds, 1 rep rest 10 seconds, 1 rep rest 10 seconds,

Stop before failure.
