- YG/ IG Burpee Tyre Flip Jump Through,

- As many sets of 7 Jumping Medball Thrusters as Possible 9/7kg,

- As many sets of 20 Double unders as possible,

- As many Farmers Carry lengths as possible 45/32/28/24kg, Length of gym and back.

Score = Total Flips, sets of medball thrusters and double unders and F.Carry lengths
