Level 1: Snatch grip deadlift 5 reps EMOM for 10 minutes
Level 2: Snatch pull 2 reps EMOM for 10 minutes
C) Climb the ladder as far as possible in 10 minutes: 3-6-9-12-15-18 etc of: KB swings 32/24kg Burpees
