ALL: Hang clean skill work A) Level 1: Front squats 5x8 Rest 60-90s

Level 2: Hang clean 5x3 Rest 120s

B) 18 minutes, for finesse & best movement: 4 hang power cleans 6 Front squats Rest as needed between sets (minimum 30s) Choose your own weight. If your form is good, go heavy. Feel free to change weight throughout to maintain good mechanics.
