A) 15 mins to establist a new 1RM Push Press

B) Athlete Games Qualifier 1:

Death by Front Squats, starting with 5 over the bar burpees each round

You choose the weight. Score = Weight x Front Squat reps completed in total

Wednesday:

Workout of the Day:

A) Every 2 minutes perform for 5 rounds:

5 Pull Ups (scale up to 2-3 MU’s if preferred)
8 Toes to bar
10 Push ups

B) In Pairs:
