Training hard takes it's toll on the body. Scratch that. Life takes its toll on the body. That's why we have two in-house sports therapy practitioners! We believe that 'working in' is just as important working out, and having knowledgable experts on hand makes the process a lot easier!

Sports Therapist MSST
With over 15 years experience in Sports Therapy & personal training (CPT) has a vast arsenal of modalities to help clients not only prevent & recover from injury quicker, but also result in better performance. Sports massage, acupuncture, Kinesio taping, spinal manipulations, core stability & corrective exercise (CES) programmes to name but a few. Certified member of the Sports Therapy Organisation, Nicky currently takes care of a number of top level athletes in Martial Arts & is very much involved in the crossfit community.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Karen graduated from the prestigious Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with a Masters of Chiropractic. She uses a variety of techniques including Diversified, CCEP techniques, Activator and Taping. Her additional CCEP (Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner) qualification provides additional knowledge into the diagnosis and treatment of various extremity and sports injuries. Karen promotes a healthy lifestyle, good posture and advice on specific strengthening exercises to optimise recovery and minimise the chance of recurring injuries.
Karen works at Canary Wharf (E14) and CrossFit Bold, Earlsfield (SW18 4HS). Her experience also includes working with rugby teams such as New Zealand Rugby League team, London Wasps Colts and Oakmedians RFC where she has provided pitchside first aid and chiropractic treatment. In addition to her clinical work she enjoys the on the spot decision making that pitchside work brings, as well as those more subtle adjustments demanded to fine tune athletes.
Sport is an important part of Karen’s life and she understands how frustrating it can be to be held back by injury. She has competed in the Devizes to Westminster (125 mile) canoe racewinning the ladies doubles and completed Bristol half marathon.
Karen is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (03550) and a member of the British Chiropractic Association.
Liam is a performance nutritionist with over 9 years experience working in elite sport. Having originally trained in Sports Therapy, he completed an MSc in Exercise and Nutrition Science and has gone on to train in functional medicine, genetic testing and advanced body fat assessment techniques. Using his unique skill set alongside a philosophy of 'personalised nutrition’ he can help you achieve your goals .
Liam’s experience ranges from working with elite footballers, cyclists and CrossFitters to helping the general public reach their goals through nutrition coaching.
